The RH Method

This is a reflective, educational space. Posts may include personal insights, well-being concepts, and supportive tools.

What RH stands for:

RH are my initials - and they also represent the core principles of this work.

R - Regulation (Return to the body)

Learning how to slow things down and support the nervous system before trying to change anything. Regulation in the RH Method is about creating enough internal safety to feel, think and respond with more choice.

Mantra: Nothing needs to be solved before I feel safe.

  • ​noticing when you're overwhelmed rather than pushing through

  • using simple grounding practices

  • respecting your capacity instead of overriding it.

H - Honouring (Whats actually here)

Honouring means meeting your real experience without judgement, pressure or self-abandonment.

Mantra: I can meet myself exactly where I am.

 

In the RH Method, healing happens through respect - not correction.

  • allowing emotions without trying to fix them

  • telling the truth to yourself gently

  • letting your experience be valid before it changes.

How the RH Method is used:

  • Gentle awareness practices

  • Simple grounding tools

  • Honest self-inquiry

  • Supportive resources​
